It is a sweet, feminine mini dress with a scooped neckline and back along with oversized puff sleeves, elasticated at the cuff. It is gathered at the bust with three tiers of stitching and a bow tie detail, also elasticated for stretch. From the waist it falls into a soft A-line skirt.
